Obviously, the number of 50 level player is fewer that 49 ones, and 49 levelers are fewer than 48ers, and so on. From that I may assure you that 42's are not surely fewer than 50's in numbers. Thus I convinced that such competitions for lower level players will be responsible for them to play more actively than ever.
